Pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take up in our truck, plus any unusually heavy or hard-to-handle materials. You will always get a clear, upfront quote before we start, and there is no obligation if you decide not to go ahead.

Almost anything non-hazardous that two people can carry: furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, exercise equipment, yard and household clutter, and construction or remodel debris. We also handle full property, garage, basement and attic cleanouts.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot haul hazardous waste such as paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, oil or medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, send us a quick photo or give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.

We sort every load. Items in good condition are offered to local donation centers, metals, cardboard and other recyclables are separated wherever facilities allow, and only what is left goes to a licensed disposal site.

Yes. We regularly help property managers, realtors, landlords and contractors with rental turnovers, office cleanouts and job-site debris. Ask us about recurring or multi-property work.

It helps to be there at the start so we can confirm the quote and exactly what is going. If you cannot be present, we can arrange a curbside or garage pickup and confirm the details with you by phone.

Payment is due once the job is complete and you are happy with the result. We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
